Sunday Circle (April)

The Seed

Welcome to Sunday Circle!

This is a gathering of beautiful souls who wish to find expansion in their spiritual journey.

We do this by learning from one another, as we discover different dimensions within ourselves each month.

Each meeting comes in three parts, nourishing the mind, body, and soul.

First Gathering:

April 2021 // The Seed

When I first learned about Yoga Philosophy and its various practices in India, it was so overwhelming. We absorbed so much information, that it took me a while to digest all of it, and in a way, I still am.

But a seed was planted, and my journey as a student of Yoga began.

My hope for you in this these sessions is for you to come to your own personal understanding of the Yoga Practice. And as we plant that seed, it is then up to you on how you want to nourish and grow.

Mind

An intro to Yoga Philosophy, dissecting its very first line in the Yoga Sutras.

We get into a discussion at the start of each class, feeding our minds and learning from one another.

Body

We embody these teachings through Yoga Asanas.

Each session will be different, and will guide you in experiencing your own interpretation of these concepts.

Soul

We close each gathering by practicing different meditation techniques that will allow us to find a deeper connection to ourselves.

Starts: April 4, 2021

How does this go?

After registering for Sunday Circle, you will receive an email prompt 24 hours before each session.

Each email will be an introduction to the session, which includes journal prompts, exercises for the week, and resources you can look into for your personal practice.

Is this live?

Sessions will be live, every Sunday at 9am (Manila Time) through Zoom. However, if you are unable to make it, a recording will be emailed to you and will be available for 72 hours.

How is this different from regular Yoga Classes?

If you have always been curious about why Yogis are in love with the Practice (not just the physical), The Seed will open a window for you to explore it.

Embodiment practices and meditation techniques will be uniquely designed for each Sunday, some of which have not been taught in regular classes.

Think of this as your weekly home retreat.

Do I need to be good at Yoga Asana?

What is “good” at it anyway? :)

You will have to be somewhat familiar with the physical practice (body awareness, general cues).

If you’d like to prepare for the asanas, you can check out my Strong Foundations program.

What will I need?

Your own sacred space, a journal, mat, an open mind and heart.

How much is my investment?

Php 1,500 ($30 USD)

4 Sessions

1 hour and 30 minutes (max) each session
