Remembrance

a quest within

As the world tells us more and more what we should and should not do, who we should and should not be, how can we anchor in our core Truths? In what we believe in?

This sacred container is here to guide you in unearthing what is already there.

What is true to you.

We peel the layers.

We honor what has been.

We breathe into what is possible.

This is a place where we can process, and practice integrating all the things we’ve been reading and reposting online about spiritual maturity.

Because sometimes we need that nudge to finally put everything into practice, so that we can hold loving containers for others.

This is what I feel I am called to do.

Since 2016, I’ve been holding space for people who are willing to explore with me. Those offerings have been my integrative processes. I value guides and teachers who have fully embodied what they share to the world.

Part of my devotion to self-responsibility is to only share what I know, and what I have experienced. Everything that I offer comes from in-depth experiences that I openly share to those who are ready to listen.

I treat my offerings now as my art. My gift to you, if you feel called to receive it.

Who it is for

It is for those who are willing to know their Truth, while going through the raw unearthing of everything that isn’t.

It is for those who are ready to carve their own path and desire to meet themselves deeply.

It is for those who are ready to listen. Not to me, but to their souls. To clear the noise, and listen within.

It is for those who are ready to answer questions like

  • What is it like to be anchored in my Truth?

  • How does it feel to be rooted in what I value as a Soul?

  • What is it like to be aware of my internal conflicts and to bring them into the light to alchemize?

  • How can I co-create with Life?

  • How can I embody the sacredness of my life and create from there?

What It Is

It is an energetic toolkit that you can use as you experience your cycles of death and rebirth, knowing that you are well-equipped for this soul journey.

It is a 3-part container for souls who are ready to do the inner work. A place for self-devotion.

What Happens in the Container

We meet the different layers of ourselves every session, and start with a talk, a few journal exercises, and we end each session with Yoga Nidra.

I’ve chosen the practice of Yoga Nidra to support us because I have found value and power in it. It will be our Sadhana to access and plant seeds in our subconscious to fully embody the wisdom that comes from our self-inquiry exercises.

My role is not to be a teacher, but a guide. I am not here to teach you philosophies or concepts. I’m here to offer you this space of exploring yourself, your triggers, your shadows, but also help you realize your Divinity and ability to co-create with Life.

This is a space where you find answers from within YOU.

This container is open to those who resonate with this offering and with how I express them through my words and writing.

Feedback

“Thank you so much for creating our Remembrance container. It’s been an honor sharing space with you.

Joining this program has been timely for me. For the past year, I’ve been on this journey of stepping into my new Becoming. And I feel like this program is one of the culminating activities in my current curriculum to help me integrate everything that I’ve experienced this past year or so.

I feel the energy of my new Becoming so alive. Thank you, Tabitha!”

“Thank you so much for offering this program. I am just starting my journey on self-love, healing, and development and I feel so blessed and honored to have joined this container. Thank you for sharing your learnings and experiences and just being open and honest with us. I truly felt aligned with what you taught and shared with us.

I remember crucial insights in each session and I’m just amazed by how much more is out there and inside us to learn, expand and grow from.

I have not done shadow work before, it was really intense and powerful for me so I want to continue doing it because I feel like there’s much more there to uncover.”

“Here I was able to check-in with myself. I was able to explore my relationships with past experiences, my current state, and befriend my ow fears and truths, no matter how uncomfortable or awkward, I was able to follow through with gentleness and grace with the help of breath.

To be able to do this type of meaningful work with a community of individuals in similar or aligned journeys is just the sort of support I’m thankful to have. Kind souls give me hope. Brave souls inspire.

Thank you for living your truth, Tabitha!”
